AN ORIGIN STORY: When I was young, my father told me about a stable where he worked when he was a teenager. He also entertained us sometimes by sketching one of the horses that he remembered from the stable. To me, watching him sketch his horse was like magic, and I asked him to "draw the horse" many, many times.

Fast forward a few years and, as a young man, I moved to Boston to attend Massachusetts College of Art & Design. And, yada-yada-yada, here you are, on my portfolio website.

I've always believed that the way my dad's horse made me feel played a big role in moving me toward my career.

I believe that creative disciplines nourish one another, that ideas come from a broad range of sources, and that design exists to develop experiences that connect business to its audience. In each case, I work to understand that audience, and craft thoughtful and creative solutions that tell a story and help drive engagement.

It's what I love to do.
